Apr 30 New York City in Black & White

I was recently up in New York City. I flew up there for a quick overnight trip. The last time I had been up there was back in December of 2010, so it had been a while for me. Honestly speaking, it doesn't matter how many times I've been there before, every time I visit New York City it's as if it were my first time. The massive concrete jungle always manages to leave me in awe! It's not perfect by any means, but there is something about it that I really like. I've always had a thing for New York City! It is definitely one of my favorite places to visit and in my opinion it's truly a photographer's city!

In my opinion, New York City has to be one of the best, if not the best city for street photography. Actually it's a great city for any type of photography. Everywhere you look or turn you see people, buildings, automobiles, lights and plenty of views. It would take me forever to capture the entire city! I hope to make a photography-specific trip up to New York City, where I can focus only on capturing this great city.
