5 Reasons To Get A Lumix GX85 in 2018

gx85

A few months ago I picked up this Lumix GX85 micro four thirds camera. It is a great little camera and I am amazed with results that I have gotten with it. Performs really well, the image quality is superb and the in body image stabilization (IBIS) is really good too. Pair it up with one of Panasonic's LUMIX Dual I.S. lenses and the stabilization works even better.

This camera is very compact and lightweight, and it is packed with features.  Makes it a great travel camera and/or a street photography camera.

While I love this camera, it is by no means a perfect camera (by the way, those don't exist). It has a view things I don't like! For starters it does not have a microphone jack so this is not a good vlogging camera, but with that being said the video quality is really good. If you already have an A camera, this would work really well as a B cam. Aside from not having the mic jack, it doesn't have an articulating lcd screen.  Not a fan of the tilting screens. Lastly the diopter and the electronic view finder (EVF) are really bad. I really don't use the evf on this camera because it is that bad, but even with it's flaws and all it is a great camera and still worth looking at in 2018 so make sure you watch my video "5 REASONS TO GET A LUMIX GX85/GX80 IN 2018".  Feel free to drop a comment or question and I'll do my best to get back to you.
