16 Photos of Amsterdam

I recently had the opportunity to visit Amsterdam, Netherlands and it just might be my new favorite city in Europe! This unique city has such a cool vibe! It left me wanting to see more of it! Anyhow, I left my DSLR back home and took my new Panasonic G7 micro four thirds camera with me. I was really hesistant to leave my Canon 7D MKII behind, afterall she is my baby, but I wanted to see what my new camera could do and I didn't want to carry two cameras on such a short trip.

Going into this trip I already knew the video quality on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7 was amazing (4K video quality), but I had not used it for photography. Below are sixteen photos I took of Amsterdam. Please keep in mind that all shots were taken using the kit lens that comes with the camera, which is not the best lens. I felt the shots came out pretty good. I think with a better lens I could do a better job. So far I am loving this camera.  It's compact, lightweight, has an articulating screen and is easy to carry around while your out and about exploring a new city.  Check out the photos and let me know what you think.
