Rome At Night
Rome is without a doubt one of the most beautiful cities in the world. There are so many sights to see, so much history and culture, and so many mouthwatering dishes to try. After walking around all day long sightseeing, our evenings were relaxed and laid back. We'd go out for dinner, hang out at one of the piazza's and take in the sights at night. For the most part I wasn't up to bringing my camera bag along. I was only in town for 4 days, which in my opinion is not enough time to see everything let alone capture most of the beauty with my camera. I was with my family and the added pressure to keep moving from them didn't help, but I managed to take a few shots at night. In my opinion, Rome at night is even more enchanting than it is during the day, the problem is I didn't take that many shots at night. I kind of regret not taking more shots at night and I keep telling myself its okay, because I'll probably go back again :) One thing to keep in mind if you are in Rome during the summer, the sun usually sets around 2030-2045. So if you want to shoot at night, it won't be until late in the evening. Anyhow, it's no use crying over spilled milk, right? Below are a few shots that I was able to take. All shot on my Canon 7D MKII.
If I ever go back, I'd love to take one entire evening to photograph this beautiful city!
