Rose At The Fontana Del Pantheon
I posted this picture on my Instagram account earlier today and it's one of those pictures that you really like a lot, but in terms of photography it's no where close to being a good picture. There are several things I did wrong and I can sit here and really pick it apart, but you don't learn photography overnight, right? Anyways, forget all that! I really like this picture and wanted to share it with you guys. This is a rose that I bought my wife while we were hanging out in the Piazza della Rotonda. It was on our last night in Rome and we were on our way to the apartment so before she threw it in the fontana, I decided to make it my subject for a quick photoshoot. I had already taken a bunch of shots of the Pantheon, but I wanted to do something different.
They say a single red rose shows love, this is fitting as I have nothing but love for the Eternal City. Ciao!
